I am a new addition to the globe family. It has been so much fun reading all the posts and seeing all the amazing photos. It’s exciting to see so many ladies that truly feel at home with the globe organization. I’m sure it’s not surprising to hear that I am very impressed. Tracy, Spyro, Monica, and Laura have gone beyond my expectations in everyway with fantastic communication and generous hearts. I feel very blessed to have found the Mrs. Globe organization and to be included in this family.

I live in Branson, MO. Let me know if any of you are visiting the Ozarks this summer… there’s this great place with fried green tomatoes. :)

Enjoy your summer ladies, Rosanne

Last weekend we held our pageant to select the Belgian contestant for Mrs. Globe 2008. Dr. Tracy Kemble flew all the way to Belgium to be one of our celebrity judges. I'm so proud she was there to see our show and judge the contestants together with 11 other judges. Out of 20 wonderful ladies Seka Dobric was chosen as our winner.
She is a beautiful, classy lady, wife and mother of 2 beautiful boys.
I just know she will do a great job representing Globe both in Belgium and at the pageant.
Congratulations Seka, I'm very proud of you and I know you will make us all proud.

I'm on the front cover of the 2008 Spring/Winter publication of the Narcolepsy Network, distributed world-wide. I've been debriefing Congress and Senators in Washington, DC on sleep issues that affect 50 to 70 million Americans who do not know they have sleep disorders and therefore a vast majority of them are undiagnosed and untreated. Sleep affects us both socially and economically. Make sure you get plenty of sleep during Pageant week!!

I just want to thank the Globe organization and the W.I.N. foundation for the privilege of participating in the pageant and more importantly, providing the Right Living Classes. As many of you will remember, I came into Globe totally beaten down by over five years of abuse.

Particiption in the pageant gave me strength and a feeling of being beautiful again. Most importantly, Right Living truely helped me understand how I contributed to where I had been, and gave me the tools to continue my healing of those very deep hurts.

With your help, I was given tools to reclaim my life. I am proud to say that I have been representing 11 children in the FLDS cases for over 60 days. I have had the oportunity to love these children and hopefully be an example of love from what they consider the outside world. I am fighting to protect children and work with parents. It is the most gratifing work and truely may change my practice of law as I seek to work with additional children that are under the CPS process.

Thanks to all of you for your love and suppoort, for Globe, W.I.N., Tracy, Spyro and team who makes a difference in lives of abused individuals on a daily basis.

With Love,

Deborah

I promised to keep you all updated on our Mrs. Belgium Globe pageant.
After our big press conference, we had almost 300 women who applied to participate
We selected 120 of them and invited them to a preselection weekend.
We interviewed them and saw them in bikini
All of us where amazed at the high level of women that presented themselves
Beautiful, smart, amazing women. I can't tell you how proud I was!
We selected 20 of them to be the finalists of this first edition.
The past few weeks, the ladies have been rehearsing, promoting themselves and doing lots of fun activities. It is a great group of women and the atmosphere is wonderful. I can see friendships being formed…
In the picture, you see me with the group in front of the car our winner will get to drive. I’m almost sorry I can’t participate anymore….:-)
The show is on Saturday june 7th, so it’s getting close.
Dr Tracy will one of our judges. I’m so happy and proud she accepted the invitation.
Keep watching for more updates or visit our website www.missesbelgiumglobe.be!

Our Ms. US Globe, Janelle Spahn has been very busy over the last few months! More photos to come soon...but here, on a bright, crisp Colorado spring morning she was a guest celebrity during the Orchard Shopping Center's Grand Opening ceremonies. During the 'Prints of Pride' event, Janelle made an imprint of her hand in a ceramic tile that will be permanently displayed in the Center's main plaza!

I have exciting new regarding the 2008 Pageant Training weekend…. we now have two options for you!
• For those that are interested in coming to our "group training", it will be held May 29th to 31st (this is a new date from what I sent before!). With the group setting, you will get to meet many of the other delegates competing. We do limit the group training to only 20 delegates. The fee for the weekend is $750 and includes lunch both days. Please see the attached "GROUP Training" schedule of events and payment options attached.

•For those that can not make it to the group training or for those who simply want one on one training with our team, we have created an option for you too! The fee for the one on one weekend is $1,500 and includes transportation while in Newport Beach, sleeping accommodations, breakfast and lunch. You have the ability to customize this package and pick your own dates and training focus! If this is the option for you, book soon as dates are very limited!!
The training weekend is designed to help you compete at your best, for our system! We will answer all your questions so that when you arrive at the national event in August you WILL BE fully prepared for your experience.
Please contact me directly with any questions.
