I have no idea who it was originally designed for. The original plan was the lkeopard would be worn in preliminaries, the white in the finals. However, the reaction was SO POSITIVE from other state directors, pageant people at Palm Prings that they decided to stick with the leopard for finals. Plus, she actually had lost a bit of weight while in Palm Springs and the white needed to be taken in, which they could have done, but wanted to go with the leopard. Tiki Java 13:35:43 11/13/04 Sat
