There arent very many directors that cause nightmares. Eric and Takeo arent one of those types of directors. On the flipside, you also dont hear much about how they are great directors because there arent many directors like that too! Most directors are average and have other priorities besides the pageants. The ones you do hear about are the execptionally good and extremely bad ones! (NT) -- Friendly...yes! You can not require them to "shape up", get interview assistance, or even wear any particular gown. If they have any fault, Takeo & Eric may be guilty of being too kind and "not pushy" when titleholder choose to not use the services provided for them. It's always the contestants choice. I think their is a common misconception that the titleholder is "under contract" as an employee, and that is not the case. Winning requires preperation. 12:14:19 11/29/04 Mon Actually, you are wrong! The title holders are under contracts for management. Granted it is not full time employment, they still are obligated to the system and to promote the system. It should be the girls responsibility to look good, act appropriate, and be a good rep for the org. and the state! I do agree that Takeo and Eric dont do much to "push" their girls.
