Following a holiday abroad to visit friends in France I return to find more of your early reminiscences awaiting my attention. As before, Nephew has read each aloud to me and I was particularly impressed with the way that your governess/tutor disciplined you in the School Uniform Supplier when you complained about the tightness of your new school knickers. I would have thought by then that you would have learned not to question your governess�s authority, Percy. Governesses always know what�s best for those they tutor and, as you yourself noted, her attention to detail and her disciplinary methods ensured you worked hard and passed your exams. I wish my nephew had been so attentive to his studies when he had his chance. I expect you made quite a pretty boy in your new school uniform.

Your mother was very sensible to nappy you for your Museum trip, Percy and you know full well that you deserved your caning for arguing with your mother. Naughty boy! I would have done exactly the same in her place. After all, one can never be certain about the cleanliness of public conveniences or those who use them and your mother was simply taking practical precautions. Did you require a nappy change whilst visiting the Museum?
