 I remember that my attire supposedly was to toughen me up and make me into a polite young gentleman. My little skirts and frilly panties were worn to develop maximum politeness and enabled my mother to control me.

My legs were kept bare at all times, at school I wore very brief grey flannel shorts the only boy in about 30 years to be in shorts right through my school days. When I got home I had to change into my skirt, panties, white pelerine socks, Mary Jane sandals and blouse. I sometimes had to wear pinafore dresses and brief gym slips as well.

I was also spanked at least once a week usually a hand spanking but sometimes with a leather discipline strap or cane. Often when out my skirt was raised and panty clad bottom spanked. This was swift but utterly humiliating.
