I think that putting the lad in a skirt is not necessary. My mother used to put me in very small shorts until I left home. To maintain the lines of my tight shorts she used to make me wear tiny frilly panties under my shorts. When I had just received a spanking she used to put me in tight plastic pants under my shorts. For play purposes I used to wear tiny shortalls. My aunt used to make handmade velvet shortalls for me. It used to have my initials embroidered on the bib. These were worn for best over a blouse, panties, and worn with white pelerine socks and Mary Jane sandals. I used to be told how cute I looked.

If I protested in any way my next action was a trip over my mother's lap for a strict bare bottom spanking.
