RESULTS FROM POLL TO INVESTIGATE EXTENDED FOMS OF WELL-CILD AND WELL-TEEN PHYSICALS.

In certain areas the health authorities has begun to subject children and teens to extended well-child physicals where one performs several or all of the following procedures: inspections with optical scopes through all or several body openings,ultrasound examinations of most body structures, x-ray taking of joints, EEG and EKG. The kid is often given sedation or even general anesthesia during these extended physicals to make the kid cooperative and to hinder him or her from remembering. Still the kid will remember a lot of details around the procedures and sometimes also from the procedures themselves, because anesthesia never works perfectly, and the kid will always have some symptoms afterwards that tell a lot of what has been done. This poll has the aim of investigating experiences from such ordeals.

Boy, 11 yo, North America - exam at boarding school
I am male. It happened in North America in 1970-1979. I was 11 year old. My parents drove me to the exam.
It happened at the regular nurses or medical room at the school. A selected percentage of the children in my school of the age group had the ezam.
Preparations:
I was not allowed to eat some time before the exam. They washed my body before the exam. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. They placed me upon a simple examination table. I was placed to lay on my back with steight legs and to lay on my stomach with my legs flexed down and spread.
I got a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm. The anesthesia made me relaxed, but I was conscious.
The procedures:
They performed an analysis of my breathing and oxygen uptake where I had to breath into a tube. They took chest x-ray pictures. They ispected the inside of my nose with a scope","They inspected the inside of my throut with a scope. They inspected my anus with a speculum.
Ordeals after the procedure:
I just lay some time in a bed to recover. I lay naked under a blanket after the exam.
The type of school I attended:
I attended private boarding school.

Girl, 11 yo, external and internal tests ay a Montessori School
I am female. It happened in Western Europe, 2010-2014, 11 year old. My parents drove me to the exam. It happened At a room in the school that was preliminary prepared for the event. It happened to a selected percentage of the children in my school of the age group.
Preparations:
I was not allowed to eat some time before the exam. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up, spread and mounted upon two devices. I got a device on a finger or a toe to measure pulse and oxygen in my blood. I got a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a toe. I got electrodes on my cheast. I got something to swallow for anesthesia.
External examinationa:
They performed an ECG, functional test of the heart function, with electrodes on my chest and other body areas. They performed an analysis of my breathing and oxygen uptake where I had to breath into a tube. They examined my hip area with an ultrasound device or something similar. They examined my genitals with an ultrasound device.
Internal inspections:
They used a speculum in my vagina. They inspected my vagina with a scope. They inspected me through my anus high up with a flexible scope. They inspected me through my vagina with an ultrasound probe. The doctor explored my vagina with a finger.
Arrangements afterwards:
I lay with my legs in stirrups some time after the exam. I lay naked under a blanket after the exam.
Type of school:
I went to a Montessori school.
COMMENTS:
It seems to be common to let children at Montessori schools go through an extended physical like this. Probably all children at this school went through this type of exam, but at somewhat different ages depending on the development status.
It is also probable that the children at the school had a similar exam under anesthesia at the age of 6-7.
At Montessori schools one tries to treat children individually, but in order to do so, one seems to perform rather extensive psychological and physical exams at various ages. Since one can read very much about the development status of a kid from findings in the pelvic zone, this sone seems to be the most extensively assessed at these schools.
It is also possible that the school let some research project used the kids for their purpose, and that the school got financial support for letting the kids be used.
The thing reported as exam with a scope through the vagina was most probably an inspection of the bladder through the urethra, since it can be useful to detect some common bladder problems in children.

Girl, 11 yo, USA, possible abuse pretended to be medical exam
I am female. It happened in North America. 2000-2009", 11 year old. I was staying with relatives. my cousin took me to a friend's house, where they said they needed to do an exam on me. I was taken to a room with a table and a doctor. My cousin said all girls my age had to have it done. it was on the coast of California, at someone's house. he drove me there. I never told my parents. I saw photos of other girls there, so i know it happened to them too.
They washed my body before the exam. I mostly only had my underwear on the time I stayed awake. I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up, spread and mounted upon two devices. I was placed to lay on my stomach with my legs flexed down and spread. I got a breathing tube that provided anesthesia.
I got lubricating and numbing cream into my vagina. I got some numbing and lubricating cream injected into my anus. The anesthesia only took away pain. The anesthesia made me relaxed, but I was conscious. I was mostly awake during the procedure, despite anesthesia given.","
I walked into the room and they told me to take off my clothes down to my underwear. I sat on the edge of the chair in just my bra and panties. (I didnt know it at the time, but it was a gyno chair.) They gave me some gas, and put the tube over and covering my face, telling me it was to help me relax.
I remember i lost control of my body and fell back, but i was awake. I just couldnt move. I felt someone taking off my panties and then my bra. They put my legs in stirrups and i saw myself but i couldnt move.
External manipulations:
The next thing i remember is looking down and seeing someone with his nose in my vagina. I felt it, then i felt fingers inside me, around my vagina and my asshole. They were pushing harder and it started to hurt but i couldnt move. I remember someone recording it with a video camera, looking into the camera and feeling like i was drooling
at some point.
Someone lifted me and turned me around. they put a pillow under my stomach and i was bent over. I felt myself being licked and poked, i couldnt tell what, but it wasnt something big. I remember at least one of them kept smelling me, like really into me, and i remember feeling so embarrassed.

The doctor explored my vagina with a finger. The doctor explored my anus with a finger. I couldnt tell, I just could feel something like a finger sliding into me, in my vagina and my anus. When it started to hurt, they stopped. I think maybe i moaned when it hurt, so they stopped for a minute. I have no idea how long it happened. I know i could feel everything.

I lay with my legs in stirrups some time after the exam. I just lay some time in a bed to recover. I lay naked under a blanket after the exam.
I had my underwear on after the exam. Well i remember like waking up, and i was alone in the room. I was on my back again but i dont know how i got there. One of my ankels was in the stirrup, but the other was not. I got down and was really drousy. someone came in and handed me my jeans and shirt and bra, but they didnt give me my panties. I was too embarrassed to ask for them.
I just remember after getting dressed, my cousin took me to the car. we didnt say anything, and he drove me back to the house. I never told my parents. My cousin left the next day, and i didnt see him again for a few years. I never asked him about it. I attended private boarding school. It was a private middle school. I was on summer break, so we were staying at my aunt's house by the beach. my cousin took me out.

COMMENTS:
It is difficult to interprete this event. It may be that some people with medical knowledge did it all for their own sexual gratification and that they also took pictures and videos of the abuse.
It is however also possible that her parents had arranged with a doctor living in that house to do a thorrough exam because of some concern.
Still another possibility is that she was taken to be a guinea pig in some medical study, with or without the knowledge of her parents.
If there was some medially serious reason for this exam, the pictures and videos could be for some serious reason, but obviously the staff was careless with the handlings of the material. But pictures and videos are actually taken during this type of exams of children for further diagnosis and study.
The licking and sniffing could be a misinterpretation of something medically serious caused by the anesthesia, but could be just for sexual gratification of this staff.
In either case, doing such exams without explanantions is wrong.

Girl 8 yo, Asia, Exam at school, also attending part time ballet school
I am female. It happened in Asia. 1990-1999, when I was 8 years old. I went to the exam alone by myself, At a room in the school that was preliminary prepared for the event.
Children with some kind of unusual bahavior or interests seemed to be examined there. I mostly only had my underwear on the time I stayed awake.
I got a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a toe. I got lubricating and numbing cream into my vagina.
I had to do some physical work, like cycling or running on a threadmill while a ECG and breathing analysis was performed.
They used electrodes at my chest to record body functions. They inspected me through my vagina with an ultrasound probe. I had electrodes on my head.
I went to a part time ballet school in addition to the ordinary school.
COMMENTS:
School authorities tend to interprete all kind of unusual interests or behavior as a symptom of something wrong.
It also seems like the ordinary school wanted to make sure that this girl could tollerate the often hard physical work at the ballet school, or was worried that she was pushed too hard by her parents. Perhaps she had signs of exhaustion at the ordinary school time.
The EEG and breathing analysis is an indication that they were somewhat worried about the workload upon the heart and lungs.
The electrodes on the head was probably to check if symptoms of exhaustion or some unusual bahaviot or interests had some neurological cause.
The inspection through the vagina was probably to check if all the stretching did some harm to the pelvic region.
Often also the ballet school itself order or do such exams on the kids, but as I interprete it, this happened at the ordinary school.
It seems that thay had arranged a room in the school to check all the kids that they were somewhat worried for, one way or another.

Girl, 6,7,8,9 yo, Latin america, extensive exams and test at health center
I am female. It happened in Latin America, 2000-2009, 6 years old, 7 years old, 8 years old, 9 years old. The transpot varied: Parent took me. In a bus in group from our school. It ocured at a health center. They selected all children with some kind of health problem or Children that had been treated or examined by a psychologist or psychiatrist beforehand.
Arrangements during the procedure:
I was totally naked through all the procedures. I had to strip totally naked before the exam. They placed me upon a simple examination table. I got a device on a finger or a toe to measure pulse and oxygen in my blood. I got a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a toe. I got electrodes on my cheast. I got electrodes on my stomach or hip region. I got electrodes on my head. I got a tube or wire in through my urethra. I got a tube or sond in through my anus.I did not get any anesthesia.

I was completely examined & measured between my legs. A vibrator was put on my labia and clit. They performed an EEC (electroencephalogram) - functional test of the brain with electrodes on the head. I was sweaty, smelly and sticky. I attended ordinary daytime school. I went to an evening or weekend gymnastic school.
COMMENTS:
It is difficult to know if all the proceures happened at each of the years. It is probable that some of the handlings reported as specimen taking with tubes, also were for injection of lubricants and analgesic medicines. It looks like this girl participated in a research project to measure anatomial development and development of body reactions and body functions at the early school age. It seems that a psychologial test was a part of the program and that occured first.
When she lay in stirrups afterwards with electrodes and tubes through body openings, they probably recorded neurological functions, body functions, including urinary production, and intestinal activities.

Boy, western Europe, medical study at the ages 8-17.
I am male. It happened in Western Europe. I had the exams in 1990-2009 in the ages 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 year old. Mom just told me it was time for my medical exam, I had twice a year. My parents drove me to the exam. It occured sometimes at a health center,sometimes a special establishment used for these type of exams. The exam happened to selected percentage of the children in my community. Mom put me in some medical study for which i had these exams
Preparations:
They washed my body before the exam. I got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out my stomach. I was totally naked through all the procedures. They placed me upon something like a dentist's chair, but with devices to lift my legs onto. I was placed to lay on my back with my legs flexed up, spread and mounted upon two devices. I was placed to lay on my stomach with my legs flexed down and spread.
I got IVs, tubes into blood vessels, in an arm. I got a device on a finger or a toe to measure pulse and oxygen in my blood. I got a blood pressure monitor wrapped around an arm or a toe. I got electrodes on my cheast, on my stomach or hip region, on my legs and on my head.
I got a tube or wire in through my urethra. I got a tube or sond in through my anus. I got some numbing and lubricating cream injected into my urinary opening and into my anus. The anesthesia only took away pain.
Every time i had to squad, lie on stomack, sides and back, diaper position an all/fours so they could have the best posible access to my openings and body.

I was rolled to a recovery room where other also were, all were still in stirrups and completly naked, when i had the first exam at age 8 it was not so embaresing to lie there naked whit kids my age but when all of us hit puberty it was more embarresing, at the end of the day we were al dressed in the same room. Mom would pick me up at the end of the day.
Type of school:
I attended ordinary daytime school. It were just normal public schools.
COMMENTS:
This seems to be a medical study of the development of kids from 8-17. The development and possible signs of disease in all body areas were closely recorded, and also body functions were recorded.
It seems like around the world, some communities are selelcted to do such extensive studies, and in those communities a specific percetage of the children are selected to participate. It seems like these studies are done on an international basis, led by certain medical research institutes and sponsered by certain medical or pharmacy companies. During the exams equipments and drugs from these companies are also probably tested on the kids.
Since body functions and neurological functions were recorded, the boy had to be relaxed but, awake during much of the exam. But since he had breathing tube, at least at the end of the exam and in the recovery time, it is possible he got full general anesthesia for some parts of the exam.
The tube in his anus during the prepartation was most probably to flush out all content from his colon to prerpare for a full colonoscopy.
The anesthesia he got probably had the aim of erasing memory too, but when a kid undergoes the procedures that many times, something will be remembered each time and eventuelly a full picture of the events will be built up.
The practice of letting the children lay in stirrups during the recovery period seem to be common during such events. On reason seems to be some further studies of bodily functions with recording equipment. Another reason is that the kids need some nursing in their lower digestive tract, and for girls in their vagina, to normalize the functions after these extensive interventions. In this case, it is likely that the boy was held in general anesthesia some time during this period, so that he does not remember the nursing procedure. Most probably they flushed the colon free from digestive content as it came from the small intestine down to the colon and provied that air in the colon was emptied out.
These kind of study is very expensive to perform, but one tries to bring down cost and do as much as possible during the day. This is probably the reason why the kids got so little privacy and several kids were taken in groups.

I am female. It happened in Australia in 2010-2014. I was 16 years old. I thought it was a regular exam. I was transported in a bus in group from our school. It happened it a special medical room in a building belonging to the the school apart from the nurse office. When the time for the exam came, kids seemed to be randomly picked up and transported to the exam.
Preparations:
I was not allowed to eat some time before the exam. They washed my body before the exam. My stomach was cleaned out by a tube inserted into my anus that was connected to some pump and flush mashine. I was totally naked through all the procedures. I had to strip totally naked before the exam.
They placed me upon something like a dentist's chair, but with devices to lift my legs onto. I did not get any anesthesia apart from lubricating and numbing cream into my vagina and injected into my anus.

COMMEnTS:
t seems this girl and probably other kids, were not allowed to eat before the exam, but were not told much of the reason for this. It also seems that it came as a surprice when some of them were gathered in a bus for transport to the exam. Based on the account it looks like this happpened in a separate annex belonging to the school some distance away from the main school area.
It looks like the boarding school this girl attended, participated in a surveillance or research program regarding the development of children and teens where all aspekts of their health and development were recorded. This type of program seems to be going on in all parts of the world that have a strong political and medically professional connection with USA and UK. Apart from USA and UK, Australa and Canada over and over again figure in experience account like this.
In many of the account the young person is laying after the exam in stirrups with tubes going into body openings and with electrodes on their body. This may be to record body functions.
But it is possible that something is done during the exam that make the kid lose controle of body functions for some time and that this arrangement has the aim of helping body functions during recovery time. Much of the these exams seem to be done in an a wake state, because certain functions can only be studied properly when the kid is awake.
Even though the kid often do not remember any other anesthesia, it is still possible that they get put totally to sleep some time during some parts of the exam, or the lower part of the body got paralyzed, and that made it necessary with special arrangements afterwards.
