Yes indeed. Sometimes at my mothers Saturday coffee morning, I used to wait on my mothers friends. Usually I would be wearing a short skirt and panties but sometimes in a short pinafore type dress as well. My mother liked to demonstrate how smooth and hairless I was around my private parts. So she would pin up my skirt then allow the ladies to pull out my panties to observe my smooth private parts. After which my panties were taken completely down so all the ladies present could examine my "clean looking hairless private parts". My mother used to say because he is still a little boy I keep his private area completely smooth and clean looking. It also helps when I have to put him into his nappies. If I fidgeted or protested in any way during this humiliation my bottom was instantly smacked with my mothers leather strap.
