Heart & Soul Animal Rescue
Heart and Soul Animal Rescue is a team of dedicated volunteers who are committed to the rescue,
care, and placement of neglected, abused, and homeless animals (mostly cats, some dogs). They are not a shelter,
but they take animals from shelters, provide any necessary medical care, and place them in foster care until
space opens up in their supporting PETCO locations.
