Helen, Firstly thanks for your Post Card photo and written kiss (will collect when Phil and Val aren't looking.) Val has kept me up to date with the news so you are getting a spot in Bandage Times again (life just can't get better!)
Congratulations on your success.
As a 1950's rider - and not any good- do you still call the exhaustion attack 'The Bonk'?
