Well, if Natpea can read his opponent's next move like an open book, logic would suggest that he's probably also a "reader". It's also possible that if he reads and interprets those electrical impulses in the brain, he might be able to circumvent certain reading extras, or have disciplined his mind so that his own impulses don't betray anything.
That's just my conjecture though. You'll have to wait for the master to speak :P
