Didn't know what I was getting into when I checked out your piece. That's why I call it Snap Shots of a Life.

The thing is even "pretty people" suffer heartache and sadness. I knew a guy who had it all. Raised in a wealthy household by two loving parents, with two adoring younger brothers. He was popular in school, graduated near the top of his class, was an outstanding athlete, handsome beyond reason and always had gorgeous girlfriends. Yet... he blew his brains out when he found out his girlfriend was cheating on him. He had grown up all his life with love and adoration and never had been subjected to the pain of rejection and couldn't handle it.

What doesn't kill you can make you stronger. Many of the most successful people have been toughened by a rough childhood.
