Either your browser has managed to cache the old black background or your computer's monitor needs calibrating. If it's a cache problem, CCleaner will fix it the next time you use it. If it is your monitor, the following this guideline should help: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows7/calibrate-your-display

Of course, if you can see the colour in my example, it sounds more like a cache problem, so CCleaner's probably your best bet.
