Do you have any idea what kind they are? Do you have any pictures? Some won't grow very tall, but they should have fruited some by now. Try loading on some rich compost. The sandy soil needs something there to help hold in nutrients & moisture. It wouldn't hurt if you can add some more fertilizer too. Oh, and lots of water. They can never get to much water in sandy soil. Soon they should start doing better soon. Let us know of any improvement.
