it will defiantly kill the scale, but i would try some on a small portion only, of the palms and yucca first to make sure it won't burn them... i haven't tried it, but i think i will... i do know it will turn wherever it touches brown, but i imagine it would wash off... even if it doesn't, it's better than things turning brown because of scale killing them...
