Damien, That exercise gave me a great delt pump, I continued the pump by doing some standing side laterals, standing dumbbell presses, and seated arnold presses. Then I went to some incline BB to smoke my front delts and hit upper chest, off to more side laterals on Cybex machine for 20+ reps, supersetted with Hammer strength shrugs for 30 reps, Then I carried some 100lb dumbbells around for a while, and did some 20 rep low cable flyes to finish off. Great start to a great workout ! Keep em' comin !
