There were 11 total competitors and it was a very impressive line-up. Rico Browning was the real deal, awesome upper body and he also put on a fantastic show for his routine. Damon Gillis is still on a role and was the only one who was near as thick as Rico upper body wise. Ron Coleman was you guessed it, shredded, His glute/ham tie in is incredible, I also think he was one of the most balanced symmetry wise. Ed Silva was also shredded but lacked the thickness needed to place higher, he did his signature vacuum pose during his routine and his waist line was almost transparent. Isaac Scott looked awesome too, I thought he really dialed it in for this show, if his quads were a liitle more separated he would have done some more damage. Nate looked great in his Pro debut, his legs (esp hams) were dominant, he just needs to pack on some more size in his upper body to place higher.
