Subject: How are we suppose to build up apro class

Certain individuals seem to choose hanging out in the amatuer division winning overalls. Is this right?Yes & no.I understand if the show has 35 competitors.Maybe he feels that it wasnt a good test.Well after YOU WIN OVERALL 6 times it's time to step up to the pros.I know a individual who won his class at a super pro qualifier & competes with the pros.He only weighs 140.Peeps complain that these pro lin-ups are small.Well we need to have some sort of rule to this.Another indivdual won overall at Bloomsburg show two yesr ago.He competed at two pro shows. Now he is doing amatuer again.he won overall.Of course he would. He already proved he is pro ready. We know these guys are pro ready. We as judges gave them the nod.WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?
EGO??
What kind of rule can be implimented?Or should we continue on doing this?
