I am off-season until Winter. I am about 15 lbs lighter than last year pre-diet. Trying to stay that way Dale, LOL !! Training for fall a Powerlifting meet currently, while still putting focus on my weak points which seem to be growing. Opening a Nutrishop in Plattsburgh in September with a partner. Promoting my 2nd Strongman event on August 1st which looks like it could come close to 50 competitors !! Busy , busy . I will be judging Halz's show in Syracuse in November. Hoping to have a couple Team Hardcore members competing this fall as well.
