Subject: British musical comedy in India

I'm researching the life and career of my great uncle, Harry Quiningborough (1868-1915), a comedian and entertainer who toured provincial UK theatres (e.g. with the So and So's) c1905-1910 before touring South-East Asia, with the London Musical Comedy Company, c1911-1915, including India, where he died.

Does anyone know of any sources with information on British musical comedy in Asia or British theatres in Asia, particularly India, around that time?
