First, to all the parents/older dancers who have already signed up to volunteer - thank you. With your support, this Feis will continue to be the best in the Mid West.
Next, to those that haven't signed up yet, we can't stress enough that your help is needed to make our Feis a success. We are asking all families competing to offer a few hours to help make the Feis a success. Parents from ALL locations are asked to volunteer for a shift. Please use the on-line form and submit it as soon as possible.
We need help as follows:
General Setup, Stage Construction -
Great area for the Dad's to help out!
Friday stage construction: shift 1: 3:00-7:00, shift 2: 5:00-9:00, shift 3: 6:00-10:00
Friday setup: shift 1: 3:30-7:00,
Saturday Teardown/refresh/cleanup 3:30-7:00
Sunday Teardown/cleanup 3:30-7:00
Stage Assistants/Stage Runners -
Great area for dancers to help out
(Assts are 14 and up, Runners are 11 and up)
Saturday Stage Assistants shift 2: 12:00-4:00
Saturday Stage Runners shift 2: 12:00-4:00
Sunday Stage Assistants shift 2: 11L:30-3:00
Sunday Stage Runners shift 2: 11:30-3:00
