Thomas Soffe (1796-1867) married Mary Osman (1802-1881) they had a son John Soffe (1839-1909) who married (19th April 1863 Minstead) Maria Hatch (1843-1933). Maria had a sister Elizabeth born 1841 at Minstead. Via familysearch.com website you can see the Hatch family tree back to 1690? Maria and Elizabeth's parents Dan Hatch and Amelia Henbest (I have knowledge of a henbest researcher via my website- if anyone is interested in following thins up). Dan's family via his father William and wife Ann Winter. William's father was John Hatch and wife SArah Barnes. Then John's fahter was another John Hatch wife unknown. Then his father was William Hatch and wife Mary. Most of the Hatch family from Bramshaw before Minstead.
