509, 5.60's 1/8th, 700+ hp, Alum heads -- The Bozman, 15:25:17 10/26/09 Mon [2]
I have a 509, Wiesco Pistons, Oliver rods, GM Performance forged crank, 11.5 to 1 compression, Comp custom hydraulic roller camshaft cam with .647 lift, Moroso pan, 31 passes on new Comp springs, Comp roller lifters, less than 100 on the entire motor. GM Aluminium heads (12363391 GM part number 2.25/1.88 valves), 290cc intake runner that flow 330 at .700 lift, 320 at .600 lift. Harland sharp roller rockers 1.7. I shift the motor at 6400 and it goes through the 1/8th at 6100. Runs 5.66@122 in the 1/8th. Haven't run it in the 1/4 but should run 8.80's or 8.90's; that is with a 4.10 gear and a 33x16x15 tire and a tight convertor in a 2500lb truck. The motor was built for no maint. Selling it from ATI balancer to flywheel and from Victor 454 intake to Moroso pan. motor makes 722hp and 670 Tq. Motor has never had any spray or anything on it. 6500 OBO

        Mike, I did not post about the GPS deal. Yes I do have programs to track a users IP, not like you can use on google. As you can tell, you know when I post. I had nothing to do with any selections on who was running in what. All I was doing was passing on information. Yes, I have seen attacks by you on Shelly, Her mom and others, but it is not all you, and I did tell Shelly that. As soon as I seen them I removed them. There were some on the board that I never seen that were removed by others. I was asked by someone else to make sure this board stayed cleaned up. I do not get on here everyday. - If you would like an unbiased opinion....here it is. As a non member of your org I frequent this board (as well as many others) just to keep up with what's going on. Personally, I cringed when the negative posts regarding certain racetracks or events were not pulled immediately. It's obvious the posters don't have a clue how difficult it is in good times to keep a good relationship with tracks & sponsors...throw in a bad economy and it's even more difficult. Before they were deleted there were several adult themed comments and jokes. They were funny & entertaining but I agree with them being deleted. If you want an uncensored board, I'd suggest a "members only" board and keep your public board G rated without attacks of any kind. Kinda boring but not offensive to anyone. Great night for racing. Craig Mullins out of San Marcos took home the win in the BountyRace with his twin turbo with a 4.61 on 10.5W. Those 10.5s were screaming. Team O were runner up with 4.81 in the dragster and they were having convertor issues so next time I look for them to be flying. Unitl next time at the Nasty.....Mitch
