I took her to have her breeder check it and she said the cartilage is a little weak ( she has pretty large ears) so i am taping it up every night and giving her a little cottage cheese or milk every day. I hold her left ear up with my finger a little bit inside to keep it open and able to breathe. Then I wrap it with a litt;e masking tape. it usually stays up all day or even longer- but I am still doing it rather than waiting till it flops again. I'm not sure how long i will do it- she puts up with it really well! Good luck.
