My vet told me that it wouldnt cause any health problems, and if I wanted to tape it I could, but didnt have to. Honestly I think my Corgi looks rather cute with one ear flopped down and one up. She is 6 months old. Both of hers was up at one time, then the left one went down. The vet asked me if it ever comes up, and yes it does when she barks, or like now, when she is sleeping she has it up. But when she is awake and just running around, its flopped down. The vet said it is lazyness on her part. LOL. I guess it is what each person wants to do, but I just decided not to worry about it.
