“Your Will Be done”
Prophecy
The Lord GOD has opened My ear,
and I was not rebellious, nor did I turn away.
Isaiah 50:5
Fulfillment
He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying,
“O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it,
thy will be done.”
Matthew 26:42
This is only one of hundreds of prophecies
recorded in the Hebrew Scriptures
fulfilled by Jesus Christ
who came to atone for the sins of everyone
so that we can have a living, eternal relationship
with the one and only true, living, creator God
of everything and everyone.
