I rarely drink. Imbalanced brain chemistry and sensitive stomach make over indulgence hell. lol And never in social settings anymore, as that seems to sabotage moderation for me. Its alot like my other guilty indulgences and always well in hand these days. That said, yesterday i was in a roaring downer. When i mention a downer, it is a deep spell of depression that makes day to day life extremely difficult to near impossible. When i get them or start to, i let myself have special treats. Last night i remembered i had tried jager years ago and loved the taste. I had maybe 4 shots in the comfort of my own home. Not enough to get drunk, just barely tipsy. Apparently just enough to drink and post, a thousand apologies about that. My usual alcohol stopping point. I slept 12 hours and woke up feeling better than i have in years. I know im not still feeling the effects of the alcohol. No signs at all of inebreation. Just alert and on an even keel. What the hell is in this and how do i get it without the alcohol?
