Granted Belleville Althoff will be stong based on the strength of Kevin Lisch(St Louis U) and rising sophmore Raymond Felton. Belleville West on the other hand is going through a serious transition as all of their starters have graduated. In addition their head coach resigned to become A.D. They will be solid but nowhere near as good as this past season. East St Louis is in a similar situation. Edwardsville on the other hand will be the power from the Southwestern Conference. A conference that has sent a team to the elite eight 4 of the last 6 years. Edwardsville returns I believe 3 starters from a team that lost to East St Louis in the Springfield Sectional Finals.
