We have several ephedra free products that are available. However, most of my customers that have used the Ephedra based products seem to prefer the Thermolift II. The Thermolift Millennium is a newer products with different herbal ingredients. Both are designed to do the same things, weight loss/control, energy, etc. Some people might respond better to one over the other, but most of my customer feedback seem to prefer the Thermolift II saying it gives them more energy.
