We're talking about the 9th bar of this solo, relatively at the beginning, yes? At exactly 3:00 playing time of the song. Okay: I am bending from the D on the G string to an E -- so from the seventh fret up to approximate the E note on the ninth fret -- with my middle finger. My pinkie is barring across the 8th fret of the B and E strings, to sound the respective notes G (on the B string) and C (on the E string). As a result, when I'm seesawing back and forth primarily from the bent E on the G string and the C on the E string, occasionally I will sound the G on the B string as an alternative to the C on the E string. Yes? If you were to take this riff out of context and play (with) it, it will sound like a country riff, one of those in which the one bent string against the other notes simulates a pedal steel.
If this helps, and if as you say you've got the rest of the solo down, I wouldn't mind hearing an mp3 of your version. Over the years people have told me on occasion that they've "got" the solo: it has yet to have proven to be the case. I wish you well, and hope this has helped.
