Hello everyone, Allow me to clear up the confusion. Thermo-Lift Classic HAD ephedra in it, or Ma Huang as it is called by herboligist. The FDA has banned ANY sales of ephedra based products including Thermo-Lift Classic. You say this is not true because the Judge in Utah says so. Well I did contact the FDA and they told me that the ONE product named by the judge and produced in Utah is allowed to be sold and that it only has 10 mg of ephedra in it. That is the only product in the whole USA that is LEGAL to sell with ephedra in it. Ephedra raises your metabolizm and your heart rate and can cause the jitters. That's scarey!

Dietary supplements containing ephedrine alkaloids, regardless of the dosage, are considered adulterated and pose an unreasonable risk of illness or injury to users, especially those suffering from heart disease and high blood pressure. FDA conducted an exhaustive evaluation of relevant scientific data evidence on ephedrine alkaloids before issuing this decision in a final rule in 2004.
