contestants are limiting themselves to only one set of opinions rather than using the system for what it should be and working with/gaining knowledge from different people each year and taking what they need to do their best from them. For directors it's a terrible perception issue when they have titleholders repeat because if they win then people think it's favoritism. Part of having a title is completing your year of service, delivering your farewell speech and crowning your successor. I think this is a good rule and hope it will trickle down to teens soon.
