 Does not surprise me as to medical care and lack thereof in the prison. Those private health care companies pay huge bonuses to its employees when they save costs for the respective city/county. In other words, the less spent on an inmate, the better off the district managers and lead nurse get as to pay bonus. It compromises proper care.
