Hope this doesn't repeat, I lost the first one I posted.
OK, so what I was trying to say is I am not going to try and top you Diva; but get over the idea that you and yours are the only people in the whole big wide world that suffered at the hands of others. You may not know this but there are a WHOLE BUNCH of white folks who were born poor and impoverished. I'm not going into all that because I doubt if you care and besides you already know what I mean. Six million Jews burned and slaughtered should give you some idea.
But this I will say: Don't please, hold your anger against me or my opinions, because like you I am a product of my upbringing. Except that my father was a bigot that made Archie Bunker look like the head of the Civil Rights movement; and I reject that out of hand.
I'm sorry for what happened to you and yours, and all I can do is speak out against it. I didn't do it to you and wouldn't - so save your anger for someone who counts.
Frankly, you are barking up the wrong tree; IMO your animus is misplaced and I wish you could bury that particular hatchet someplace besides every white persons head you encounter. You seem like a really savvy and intelligent lady, but it also seems that every subject is filled with hatred for "whitey". I am of the opinion that you are much more bigoted than most people; and just in case you wonder, and I speak only for myself, I am up to here with the "poor me because I'm black and look what happened to my ancestors".
It's over Diva, WWII is over and the Jews survived; and believe me the south is not going to rise again and hold you enslaved. That's a promise.
