 I am a trial lawyer and have criticized Fieger in the past, repeatedly ran into him at the William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh and put up with him there but these latest rulings by the judge in his case are fundamentally unfair and unfairly tips the governments case in their favor. He has an excellent and humble attorney representing him and Gerry Spence has won tougher cases than his. The change of venue motion reflects that his personality has rubbed many of us the wrong way and I hope that Gerry Spence's humility rubs off on him
