That kriya yoga is totally different from Lahiriji's.
You can also read what was said about it in previous discussions.
Or you can find the complete set of kriyas in many books published by Bihar School of Yoga.
The word kriya means that you have to do something. Hence the six kriyas of Hatha yoga and the five kriyas of ayur veda.
