Yeah, his output has been prodigious.

I have supposed that he wouldn't have published as many books if he hadn't his own publisher.

Many times his books haven't "grabbed" me. As mentioned, this one did, after I almost had quit looking at it.

If I recall correctly, the original version, "Crises in Modern Thought," was originally published quite some time ago, perhaps in the 1970s. Could be wrong about this, but I am pretty sure.

I also am pretty certain that I read that he started writing "Crises" in 1962, or started conceptualizing it, at least.
