Subject: The Yogi's of Tibet

Today I saw an amazing DVD put out in 2002, \"The Yogis of Tibet.\"

If your local public library has it available for free borrowing, as mine does, it`s suggested you give it a viewing. About half of it`s a history lesson, half inspiring.

Their arduous meditation discipline in the high altitude rocks and snow makes me ashamed that I, living with western comforts, occasionally put off meditation.

A Tibetan yogi imprisioned by red Chinese described faithfully meditating by feigning sleep in his miserable jail cell, if I remember correctly, for 18 years.

Another very aged yogi was peparing to die, but at request of the Dali Lama agreed to remain in his body until age 100.
