Male human blood on a statue does not explain much? First of all it explains that the blood is from a human male, which sort of explains quite a lot in regards to an inexplicable phenomenon that is obviously a hoax. Occums Razor applies here.

The world is big, but that doesn't mean you should believe anything or everything that you read or see, because it is out of the ordinary. The blood is not divine blood from a statue of an Isht Deva but from a male human being.
I can't believe you say it does not explain much in itself. It also has nothing to do with frogs and fish. It is an isolated incident.
