Hitler was likely a fallen yogi. He was also obsessed with this Arryan idea and white skin, but that means the dominant guna a person is in sattva guna. Then he is arryan.

Yogananda said he went to see Hitler when in Germany in 1935 but was denied. "He will not hurt me again" Yogananda said. I was told this by many monks of SRF at different times.

Most of the other dictators are also fallen yogis.
