Yes, I think we should have formal dikshas in higher Kriyas here, in West, too. The Kriya ceremony helps to impress its holy purpose in our consciousness. I don't know how it works in YSS. My friend I mentioned below, received diksha in the first Kriya in YSS, and he told me, during initiation the monk who leads the cremony utter a mantra in the right ear of the new initiate. It surprised me, since here we receive no mantra. I don't know where this special procedure comes from. Master? Lahiri Baba? Anyone here know?
