What is the experience of pratyahara like?
How does one know when it is accomplished? During meditation I am lately excperiencing some "numbness" of body, and breath so shallow it all but disappears. I then notice what seems like my heart wanting to stop. I feel a sort of "shoop!" sensation and then the heart starts again.
