This was a place set up by Swami Satyananda who was a friend of Paramahansa Yogananda.

The ashram swami there is Swami Virajananda Giri. He is a disciple of Swami Satyananda. He is located in Jhargam which is in interior of West Bengal but once in month Swami Virajananda comes to Calcutta and you could meet him there.

This month end they are celebrating the 175th Birth Anniversary of Sri Sri Lahiri Mahasay. The other kriya acharyas who will be guests at the ashram will be Ashoke Chatterjee and Swami Sarbananda Giri - a disciple of Swami Bhabhananda Giri. He is the ashram swami of Swami Sri Yukteswar Math at Chandrakona Road , Midnapore, West Bengal. Even Swami Sadhananda Giri will be attending this function.
