Do not waste your time with these techniques.

Sudarshan kriya is like kindercarden compared to kriya yoga.
One should go forwards in life not backwards.

This is a frenchize business.

What they write in their books is one thing, reality is something else.They have the same approach as TM.


Most of the sudarshan people I met are running from practicioner to practicioner.From supplement to supplement.

My opinion is that sudarshan kriya people should advertize on sudarshan kriya boards.
This is supposed to be a kriya yoga board.

Some kriya yogis ruined their spiritual life and health by getting involved in what they thought and have been told, are compatable techniques with kriya yoga.

They are not at all.Never mix sudarshan and kriya yoga.Never.
