But unborn baby moves in the womb. Does it mean it's with life or without? Is it considered living thing before taking it's first breath?

It is said that the baby or baby's consciousness in the womb would remember all past lives and the moment it's out God veil of maya covers it and baby would have no memory of anything. I am not sure whether this takes place immediately after or during or before the first breath.
