Subject: I love 'In Excelsus Deo' because I sang it in parts for my Glee Club in college -- lots of fun memories as well as the beautiful sounds we manage to make! I also like the charity single made a few years ago -- the one that sings 'feed the world -- let them know it's Christmas time....' And I love 'Santa Claus Is Coming To Town' because I can still remember my Dad teaching to me with my winter hat on and desperately trying to sing it perfectly. Hi, up there, Dad!

[> Listened the Kelly Clarkson sing "I'll Be Home For Christmas" today. It was beautiful. Best current rendition I have heard in a long time. -- TF, 21:52:56 12/07/11 Wed [1]

[> [> Harry Connick, Jr. has a new version of "All I Want for Christmas is You" which I like MUCH better - it's slow and a more of a "wish you were here" song, than a "rockin' around the tree" song. In line with "I'll be Home for Christmas", or "Merry Christmas, Darling" (the Carpenters) -- The Chief, 22:47:28 12/10/11 Sat [1]

[> [> [> I think you mean Michael Buble, not Harry Connick. LOVE his version! Off this new CD of his, I also love Jingle Bells and White Christmas. -- shygirl, 17:36:57 12/20/11 Tue [1]
