[> The lasr sound track I bough was "Living Out Loud." It has a gold mine of music. from Queen Latifah's 'Lush Life" and "Be Anything(But Be Mine)" Etta James "At Last", Brownstone's "If You Want Me", Clark Anderson's, "Give Me Something Real", Sly and the Family Stone "Hot Fun in The Summertime" even to Dean Martin's "Youre Nobody til Somebody Loves You" -- mkim Even Danny Devito was a hoot singing "They Cant Take That Away From Me", 18:49:09 07/11/11 Mon [1]

[> Superman! Actually, I love all of John Williams' work with movie soundtracks (Star Wars, Indiana Jones). I also love John Barry's scores (Out of Africa, Somewhere in Time, James Bond), Jerry Goldsmith (Star Trek), and Hans Zimmer (Pirates of the Caribbean). -- JAG Junkie (Ronda)--And don't even get me started with musicals. I'll be here all night!, 19:20:06 07/11/11 Mon [1]

[> I'm loving some of the soundtracks from TV shows. Castle and Bones comes to mind. An indie film my kids were in used the song where Bones' dad did or didnt kill the CIA head guy and The Frames "Rise" was used in Knockdown on Castle. -- TF....My daughter's high school band is playing Pirates of the Carribean music this year., 21:38:24 07/11/11 Mon [1]

[> [> I loved the Season Two Greys Anatomy soundtrack, IMHO it was so close to where the cast was at that point. This one had "How to Save a Life" "Miss Halfway" "Multilply" "Monster Hospital" "Sexy Mistakes" "I Hate Everyone"(this song made me think of Christina, but they were all that way, at one point or another.) -- mkim Season Two was the Season we had Denny....he was such an awesome character, he helped make the season that year., 13:20:58 07/12/11 Tue [1]

[> Love the music to the "National Treasure" and "Pirates" movies - Disney never skimps on anything! And even subsequent Disney movies seem to carry some of the similar musical themes. We watched "Secretariat" the other night (another Disney film) and I kept hearing musical motifs from "National Treasure" in it. Which fits perfectly, since Secretariat was a national treasure himself! -- The Chief (also a fan of the Star Wars soundtrack, and much of John Williams, too), 01:36:32 07/12/11 Tue [1]

[> The theme music from 'Inspector Morse' is quite cool. I always found the Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan movies Sleepless in Seattle and You've Got Mail had well-placed musical numbers -- can't remember them but it made those movies more interesing. And who could forget the hilarious theme songs from the old TV shows, like Mister Ed, Green Acres, The Beverly Hillbillies to name a few.. -- mj, 09:04:37 07/12/11 Tue [1]

[> I love the soundtracks of The Shipping News and Last of the Mohicans. As for tv shows, I absolutely loved the music of Northern Exposure (and I´m so mad they changed it on the DVDs!) and Ally McBeal -- Jam, 10:26:49 07/12/11 Tue [1]

[> St Elmos Fire and Breakfast Club - 80s classics for hit songs, I love the theme to Band Of Brothers, the melodical wistfulness that has the undertones of the sadness of what the went thru. I also liked the theme songs to Dynasty, Hart to Hart and Hill St Blues. And I give John Williams credit that each Star Wars Character had a tune attached to them. -- DOS - who could prob go on and on about different songs that I liked, 17:05:00 07/12/11 Tue [1]

[> "Dirty Dancing," "Sleepless in Seattle," "Cars" (speaking of Disney). And for orchestral, most anything by John Williams and the Star Trek: Next Generation movies. I have a Pandora station that started out "light classical" that has ended up mostly Gershwin, Bernstein and movie soundtrack music. LOL! -- Dancer - A little "Fancy Free," anyone?, 23:52:29 07/12/11 Tue [1]

[> I was naming movie composers above and I forgot a big one. Henry Mancini: Pink Panther, Remington Steele, Breakfast at Tiffany's, etc. -- JAG Junkie (Ronda)--now I have "Moon River" in my head., 15:48:49 07/16/11 Sat [1]

[> [> Well, Ronda, as earworms go, "Moon River" is one of the better selections! LOL -- The Chief, 22:33:48 07/17/11 Sun [1]
