hi Kavita,
i rarely use penicillin,many patients get allergies but i use other types (they hurt as bad).

As for the rest of my story, the lady stood up, cried heavily after the shot and once i get near to her she tenses up, covers her butt with her hand and beg :NO No please no more, i'd rather die, please please. I tried to calm her down, i really was sorry for her but i have to do what is best for the case regardless of the patients begs.
when she calmed a bit her husdand convinced her that its either another shot or taking her to the hospital where she will get IV antibiotics with a big canula ( i did not understand why did he say that, he later told me that when she had her baby the canula used for her IV meds caused her a lot of pain and the drugs extravasated and caused her a huge bruise) she sat silently on bed then lied down on her stomach and asked me to go ahead with the second shot. I wiped her butt with alcohol and she trembeled, i could feel her agony, I then rapidly jabe the needle she cried Oh god please give me strbgth to withstand this. I started pushing the piston and as the drug goes in her sobs kept getting louder, I finished injecting, withdrew the needle, massaged her butt, and told her its over, I am sorry for your pain. she got up slowly and thanked me , appologised for her act.
