Subject: village injections

Like to tell you the incident i saw in a village.The hospital is two room hospital that has only a main door.No seperation or screen between the first and the second room.It has that hospital smell.I went with my sisterin law who had fever. The first room was full of op patients both male and female.It was a big hall.There was a partion were th doctor was sitting.He ws a gents doctor. He did not treat or adressed the patients with respect or coutesy.

a male patient entered with stomach pain he loosened his dhothi and pressed his abdomen and scolded the patient not to drink any more. Then ordered the nurse to give injection.She came with a needle and puncture his butt in front of the crowd. But no one bothered. The man paid the fee and walked out rubbibng his butt.

The next case was a preganant lady and complainted about vomit.He advised her eat biscuits and asked her whther she has constipation loudly. I felt sad for the girl. She nodded her head. She ws made lay down and saree was loosed till her waist and he listened to the heartbeat of the child. Gaveher medicines and asked her came next week for tt injections. She left.

Next to enter was a boy of 14years old.His mother escotted him.She ws teeling something to doc in local slang which i did not understand. The doc asked to remove his trousers and boy did not heed. He turned the ears of the boy and made her mother to remove the trousres . He completely nude from waist.People in the other were watching every moment like a picture.He test his testicles pressed and then asked him to wear his trousers and told his mother not to worry.He prescribed medicines and gave him a chocolate.

Next ws our turn.My sister inlaw went inside and the nurse the temperature.She was asked to sit in the bench near the doctor. The nurse removed her pallu and she sitting in front of the doctor with the blouse He pressed her breasts with stetho and asked he to turn.Hepressed her htoart with fingers and tested her nose and ears.He told her it is throat infection and need to injections three days continously.He also threatned her like child saying if she misses her injection one the next she will rcive three injections. She nodded quitley. She now adjusted thepallu and went with the nurse to the next room which was visible both to the doc and op.The nurse asked her the injectection site to my sister in law she said no problem but let itbe painless.The nurse instructed her to lay down and bring her saree, petticoat. She started preparing th injected. I helped to loosen the petticoat. I wantly made her rise her hip and brought down her panty. She told enough when her butt crack was exposed a little. I told no and brought down her panty still down to expose both the butt saying this will help her to relax her butt muscles.The nurse came hypodermic needle and syringe and wiped her right butt musles in lower end of the butt saying the medicine will circulate while she sits. She inserted the needle and hols her legs tightly and she shouted like a child.Please stopppp...Ahhhh...Nooo...Ohhhh...Ough....then slowly it was drawn out.She was about get but the nurse told her lie down for the next shot.As usaual it wa a saline shot just collect more money from the patient.The poor girl was in tears but to muyy surprise it wasalso given in same side.Then she got up nd dressed.When we were to leave other male (age around 30) was getting his shot in the butt from the doctor in fornt of all the op patients bitting his lips and closing his eyes tightly.
I massaged the injection site nd made my my mind to accompany her tomorrow without fail for a watch of free show.
