This interest continued in his adult life as he was designated a Rabbit Judge in 1999 through the American Rabbit Breeder's Association. Locally he served as a rabbit advisor and served as President of the Miami County Rabbit Advisors. His love for and development of rabbit breeding has earned him the distinction of being one of the top breeder's of American Fuzzy Lops and Jersey Woolies, both nationally and internationally. He has been recognized as a well respected Judge and Breeder, globally, for several years.
